Personal training is offered for clients of all types with goals of all kinds. You can also create your own small group of friends and family for a reduced price per client.

Why Choose Personal Training?

There are a number of possible reasons for choosing personal training over other options such as small group classes. Personal training is the best choice when:
  • Your goals are very specific, such as preparing for a particular competitive event
  • You're significantly overweight
  • You have no previous exercise experience and have been largely sedentary
  • You have considerable orthopedic problems or injuries
  • You prefer or require the privacy, personal attention and additional accountability of one-on-one training

Personal Training for Fitness Classes

One of the two options for becoming eligible for our CrossFit classes is a series of 8-12 personal training sessions. In these sessions, you will be taken through a carefully planned curriculum to prepare you for the skill and intensity demands of the classes.

Getting Started

To begin personal training, please contact me by phone or email, to schedule a free assessment. Personal training can be scheduled for single sessions, or a series of sessions can be scheduled and paid for at a discounted price per session.

Bootcamps
In the warmer months of the year I will be hosting Bootcamp classes. These will take place at different times of the day and different locations. The classes will involve multiple functional movements that are scalable for everyone. This is for the person that enjoys the outdoors and wants to get a great functional and effective workout. Cost of the class is $8 per meeting. We will meet two times per week on Tuesday and Thursday. This is a great change of pace for anyone. Workouts will be constantly varied and skills will be taught at every session. The class setting is highly motivational and extremely encouraging. Bring a friend and participate in that class for free. Sign up for a month and get $14 off. Sign up for the entire summer and pay a one-time fee of $175 May-August!! Contact me for more information!
