I am leaving for Scottsdale July 27, 2012 it is a Friday. It is creeping up so quickly! I wanted to let everyone know how much I am going to miss this place and the people that have been apart of my life. I have made a lot of true friends that have been there for me through the good and the bad times of my life. I love you all and thank you!
Most of the people that this will reach have been a part of my life through Crossfit Instinct, a place I will never stop being a part of. Tim and Molly this couldn't have been a better ride and even though we started off as friends I can't believe how close we have become through all of our experiences. Growing as a Coach and a person along side you guys has been one of the best things that has ever happened in my life. I remember when we were just talking about working together and then finally it happened. I love you guys and thank you for everything, I will always be there for you and be whatever you need me to be! Can't wait to see the growth and visit and watch you guys and AO continue with everything! So thankful you were inserted back into my life AO crazy how things happen (PPHS alumni)! haha seriously awesome!
To all the members and friends, seeing your faces everyday and being able to lead classes that you all bring so much energy to has been so inspiring and motivating! Waking up early has never been so easy when I know I get to teach a group of great people when I get to the gym! From the dumb questions to the technical teaching of skills I love every second! I can't express how much you all have changed my life and helped me grow! Every class I learn something new and grow from it!
I really could go on forever and I might post more on this before I leave and even after I leave. I just wanted to write a quick note and thank everyone! I love you guys!

Matty you will always have a special spot at CFI. I will do whatever I can to keep the Matty B spirit around! We will definitely have to make some road trips so we can continue to go to certs and events together... It wouldn't be the same without you! I am going to miss you more than you know, but at the same time I am beyond happy for you. What a wonderful opportunity- and good for you for having the cajones to take it. Love you Matty!

I'm going to miss you brother! I know that you have made a large impact on my life and my training, and now every time I do King Kong I will definitely be thinking of how you, on your rest day, decided oh what the hell and hopped in and smoked me! Best of luck to you my friend!
