"training time"
Max, James and I will discuss next week inside how to help improve someone who is as in picture:
1. athletic, has structural issues, needs abs strength, and is more enduring than powerful get better
2. gifted, young, faster than strong, explosive, more explosive than powerful and enduring
3. explosive, big, powerful, more powerful than enduring, needs to dampen power and learn pace
I can't wait to see what James, Max, and JT (my roomie) have to say about our training and where they see us heading.
