Strength
Power Clean
5x5

WOD
Death by Clean and Jerk
During the first minute you do one clean and jerk,
the second minute you do 2 clean and jerks,
the third you do 3 clean and jerks.

Continue doing this until you cannot complete the number of clean and jerks to the minute you are on.

This will start to get very hard around the 8 min mark.

This can be done with Dumbbells or a bar. If you do not feel like you know the jerk enough just do a should press or a push press...

Everyone needs to start getting familiar with these exercises we will be doing them as soon as you get to school! Look them up on the links if you need to..

Make sure we are warming up with something before the workouts.
