TABATA

Burpee
Pull Up
Burpee
Air Squat

Tabata is 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds of effort.

You will do Burpees for 20 seconds then rest for 10 seconds and do this for 8 rounds then you move to Pull Ups and do 8 rounds then to Burpees again for 8 rounds then Air Squats.

This only takes 12 mins and you should be completely gassed by the end of it.
