I can't believe this is my last weekend in Springfield IL. I am now 26 years old and have called this my home for 23 of those years! My big sis is coming down from Chicago to see me before I take off, I am also going to have a couple family get together's this weekend. It kind of feels like college all over again!
I get to teach my last weekend class at CrossFit Instinct tomorrow as well. I love how our Saturday on-ramp Flow Master sessions go, it is one of my favorite challenges as a coach. We get to go in with an idea and create a workout that works for whoever might show up! I'm going to miss the connection we gained from being put on the spot and making something work under pressure. Love it!
This will also be my last Saturday 9:30 class hope lots of people come out, Saturday classes are some of my favorite!
I am teaching all my normal classes next week.
Monday 5am and 6am
Tuesday 5pm
Wed 6am
Thurs 5:30pm
Friday 6am - last class

I leave Friday after class. Motorcycle in the back of the truck and the bare essentials to get started in AZ. Hope whoever can make the classes get to come out, I have been really cherishing seeing everyone in class.
